  • How can I return an item?
    If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 3 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 3-7 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased. We currently do not do exchanges.   • How will I receive my refund?
    Once the refund is approved, the same amount will be refunded to the same payment method used to make your purchase. Please allow for 3-7 working days.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already processed. Most orders are processed within 24 hours after purchasing.   • My items are damaged, defective or incorrect"
    If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email info@wunjoclub.com and include: 1. Your order number 2. Name on the order 3. Email the order was made with 4. Your request & most importantly, a photograph demonstrating the quality or the damaged area of the item.
  • Will you restock items indicated as “Out Of Stock”
    Yes. Out of stock items are restocked as quickly as possible. If you request so on the item’s page, we will send you an email when it is available, in the colour and size you specify. If it is not possible to restock the item, we will remove it from the website.
